Fernbank is open daily from 10am to 5pm. Timed tickets must be purchased in advance and are available at a limited capacity to keep guests safe. Fernbank Forest closes one hour earlier each day and evening.
Timed tickets are available from 10am to 3pm (last entry at 4pm). ALL guests (members and non-members) must reserve their tickets in advance. Your hourly admission ticket allows you to arrive during the ticket window you choose at the time of purchase. You must arrive within this hour to ensure ample room for physical distancing.
Some hands-on experiences will remain closed temporarily. We've reduced capacity to allow for physical distancing and have expanded our hours to allow for more access. Visit the Calendar of Events for up-to-date information on daily offerings.
Fernbank Museum of Natural History strives to be accessible to everyone. To allow elevator access to those with physical needs, we ask that you temporarily leave strollers at home as a way to reduce elevator demand. If you have suggestions on how to make the museum more accessible, please contact us at Guest.Services@FernbankMuseum.org.
