Teen Takeover

Join us for a “time trip” at the museum, curated for teens! Grab a snack and listen to music. Explore three floors of exhibits, including Ultimate Dinosaurs, see a movie in the Giant Screen Theater and enjoy hands-on science activities.
Experiments and activities include:*
- Deep Time Trivia
- Technofossils - Do you know when this tech is from?
- Living Dinosaurs – get up close with animals that haven’t changed in millions of years!
Film screening:
Desert Elephants (26 minutes)
Showing at 8:00 PM and 8:45 PM
Join Little Foot and her elephant family as they brave the harsh Namib Desert in Southwest Africa and embark on a journey to an oasis that remains green even through the toughest times.
Food and beverages will be available for sale. Snacks include chips and salsa or queso, pretzel bites, bagel pizza bites, cheese and cracker trays, ice cream and more. Please note that all museum sales are cashless.
Tickets purchased online, in advance are $7 for members and $10 for nonmembers.
Tickets purchased at the door will be $9 for members and $12 for nonmembers.
Chaperones may attend but otherwise attendance is limited to teens.
