Sunken Treasures, Ancient Seas - on view now!

Discover real artifacts like jewelry, amphorae (large storage jars), coins, ingots, helmets, and ship pieces that were recovered from ancient shipwrecks. 

WildWoods: AGLOW - opens Nov. 14

WildWoods: AGLOW is a multi-sensory after-hours experience for all generations that immerses visitors into a dramatic exploration of nature through glowing and dynamic adventures, uniquely curated to highlight the living flora and fauna within WildWoods. 

Winter Wonderland - opens Nov. 22

Celebrate cultures and traditions from around the world in this seasonal exhibit that features decorated trees and other displays. Each display uses rich, artistic expression, including art, craft, symbols and ornaments, to tell unique stories selected by local cultural partners.

November Events

Drop in for our daily programs throughout the month, including live animal encounters and science talks. Take a guided hike in Fernbank Forest, visit on Saturday, Nov. 8 for Adventures in Science Day or just enjoy 3 floors of permanent exhibits and take in a giant screen film. 

REMEMBER! Fernbank is closed on Thanksgiving Day, but we are open 10 a.m. - 5 p.m. every other day during November. WildWoods: AGLOW is open on select Museum Nights.
