Get ready for an incredible year of exploration, learning and fun. Fernbank Museum is set to make 2025 an unforgettable adventure for curious minds of all ages.
Beyond the immersive and interactive experiences in Fernbank’s permanent exhibits-- such as Fantastic Forces, NatureQuest, Giants of the Mesozoic, and even outdoor adventures in WildWoods and Fernbank Forest -- there’s always something new to discover through our rotating exhibits, films and programs, on rainy days, sunny days or any kind of weather, both day and night.

Giant Screen Magic: First up, prepare to be amazed by "Desert Elephants," premiering Jan. 18. This breathtaking film follows a baby elephant's incredible journey through extreme landscapes, promising to capture your imagination and touch your heart. More movies will be announced throughout the year.
Dinosaur Discoveries: Calling all prehistoric enthusiasts! "Ultimate Dinosaurs" arrives Feb. 8, and it's not your typical dinosaur exhibit. Get ready to explore the mind-blowing world of Southern Hemisphere dinosaurs through cutting-edge augmented reality and jaw-dropping skeletal displays. You'll uncover how the breakup of Pangaea shaped these incredible creatures, with fossils that tell a story millions of years in the making.
Turtle Lovers, This One's for You: Summer brings a shell-tastic adventure! From June 7 to Sept. 1, the exhibit "Turtles" exhibit will dive deep into the world of these fascinating reptiles. Bilingual displays, live turtle habitats, guided animal encounters, and hands-on activities will reveal the secret lives of turtles from around the globe.
Underwater Mysteries Unveiled: "Sunken Treasures, Ancient Seas" will take you on an underwater archaeological expedition around Sicily. Imagine exploring shipwrecks, discovering ancient artifacts, and experiencing immersive video technology that brings these submerged stories to life. This exciting exhibit opens Oct. 5.
