Memberships are non-transferable, non-refundable, and valid only for the adult(s) listed on the membership. Members are required to present membership card and photo ID(s) for admission.
Membership admission benefits applies to individual tickets only. You may not apply membership to any group visit (applies to all group types, including field trips). Specialized group activities (school programs, tours, etc.) are strictly reserved for those paying as part of a group.
*A digital membership card will be emailed to the email provided when purchasing a membership. If you would like to receive a paper membership card, contact Member Services at Membership@FernbankMuseum.org or 404.929.6340. Paper membership cards take up to 4 weeks longer to receive by mail. Please refer to the Digital Membership Card FAQs for additional information.
**Member must choose either free guest or free caregiver when purchasing membership. Member must be present for free guest option to be used. Free caregiver can be used for one named adult. Additional caregivers can be purchased for an additional $30 per caregiver. Free caregiver name can be changed once per membership
***Electronic passes expire when the current year’s membership expires. Electronic passes can be used for museum or movie passes. Electronic passes are only valid during regular, daytime hours and are not redeemable for Fernbank After Dark or other special events. Electronic passes can only be redeemed in person at the Box Office. Member(s) must be present to redeem electronic passes.
