USING YOUR MEMBERSHIP
- Admission Tickets: Reserve e-tickets online after account registration.
- Photo ID and E-tickets or Membership Card Required: Bring Photo ID and e-tickets or your membership card for admission and discounts.
- Guest Passes: Included at the Family Adventurer and above levels. Redeemable in person, expire with membership, valid only during regular, daytime hours.
- Guest and Caregiver Options: Added Guest/Caregiver is included at the Family Adventurer level and above. Additional Guest/Caregiver add-ons are available for $40.
- Early Renewals: Add to current membership for access Fernbank with no disruption to or lapsing of benefits.
- Caregivers: Since caregivers are not the membership holders, please be sure to notify us of their name(s) so we can note it in your file for expedited entry. On visits, be sure caregivers have a photo ID and either a membership card or an e-ticket for entry.
- Membership Cards: You’ll receive a digital card by email within a week of purchase. If you’d like a printed card, contact the Fernbank Membership Team. You can still visit and reserve tickets before receiving your card —just bring a Photo ID.
- Nontransferable: Memberships are nonrefundable, nonrefundable and valid only for the named adults on your account and accompanied children/guests as listed in your benefits.
MEMBERSHIP DISCOUNTS
- Admission: Unlimited general admission, one giant-screen movie per visit, daytime access to WildWoods and Fernbank Forest.
- Special Events: Special pricing on Fernbank after Dark and
WildWoods: AGLOW. - Guests: 10% discount on admission tickets for up to 6 accompanying guests per visit at the Family Explorer and above levels.
- Museum Store and the Fernbank Café: 10% off purchases; Patron and above receive 20% off.
