Museum Access Scholarship Application

This online application form should be used by Public Title I Schools only. Non-Title 1 Schools, day cares and home schools, click here for standard education rates.

The Museum Access Scholarship includes access to all museum exhibits, WildWoods, Fernbank Forest and a school program.

A Giant Screen film or an additional field trip program can be added to your reservation for $4 per student. Giant Screen films and additional field trip programs are not included in the Museum Access Scholarship.

Please allow two weeks to process your request. A field trip team member will contact you via email once your scholarship application is processed. If you are submitting an online scholarship application, you do not need to submit an online reservation.
