Enjoy a free visit to Fernbank where educators will get the chance to experience Fernbank Forestry Day activities, during Educator Preview Day! Don’t miss the opportunity to become acquainted with Fernbank and start planning your 2023-24 Fernbank field trip.

Educators’ Lounge
10 p.m.- 12 p.m.
Meet the Fernbank Education team to learn about Fernbank Field Trip options. Enjoy giveaways, interactive activities and light snacks.
Fernbank Forestry Day
10 p.m.-1 p.m.
Climb into the world of working forest during Forestry Day, where you’ll explore the relationships between humans and forests through demonstrations and hands-on activities.
Museum Explorations
10 a.m.-5 p.m.
Enjoy access to all museum experiences and exhibits, including Fernbank Forest, a film in our Giant Screen Theater, STEAM programming in Fantastic Forces and adventures in Wildwoods.
Jane Goodall – Reasons for Hope
Be one of the first to see our newest film in the Giant Screen Theater. Through the lens of Dr. Jane Goodall, audiences will witness positive environmental stories that exemplify her four pillars of hope.
Cost: This event is free for educators and a guest.** Space is limited and advanced online reservations are required. Limit 2 complimentary tickets per educator.
