This festive event is the perfect way for families to welcome in spring with opportunities to meet live baby animals, find prize-filled eggs, play fun games, participate in special activities and more.

Scheduled Activities*
Sam’s Path Petting Zoo**
10am – 2pm, Great Hall
Meet baby animals including ducklings, baby goats, and more. (Ages four and up are welcome to pet the animals with parental supervision. Hand sanitizer should be used after petting animals.)

Georgia Bubbleman
10 am – 2pm, Dinosaur Plaza
Enjoy big bubble fun with the Georgia Bubbleman.

Egg Basket Craft
10am – 2pm, Great Hall
Whether you forgot to bring an egg basket or you’re feeling crafty, everyone is invited to color a personal basket to tote their prize-filled eggs.

Make Your Own Maraca Craft
10am – 2pm, Great Hall
Dance and sing to the sounds of your own handmade maraca with this Wild Music-inspired craft.

Egg Stations***
10am – 2pm, Great Hall
Can you find the secret egg stations? Explore activities in the Great Hall to collect your treat-filled eggs. Keep an eye out for other surprise egg giveaways.

Sea Turtle Obstacle Couse
10am – 2pm, Great Hall
Navigate through this obstacle course and make sure the sea turtle’s eggs don’t crack.

Meet & Greet with Fernbank’s Mascot
10am – 2pm, Great Hall
Get up close and personal with Fernbank’s mascot, Giggy A. Dinosaur, as he celebrates spring in his bunny ears.

Tadpole Tales
11:30am, Naturalist Center
Preschoolers will enjoy a story with a Fernbank educator along with a special activity or song. The featured story, Guess What is Growing Inside this Egg by Mia Posada, will bounce you into spring.

Cost: All Spring EGG-stravaganza activities are included with the purchase of Museum admission and are free for members.
