Explore the Spice Bazaar with world-famous explorer “Navi Gator” and her dad, “Invez T. Gator” as they identify spices, help you create your own, and test your knowledge with food-related quizzes.

Sample vegetables from Global Growers, a local farm connecting the agricultural talent of the local refugee community with opportunities in sustainable agriculture.

Chocolate Truffle Making
FOOD: Our Global Kitchen Demo Kitchen, 10:30am, 11:30am, 12:30pm
Join Chef Alejandra, a chocolatier from Mexico, as she creates truffles with various Mexican-inspired flavors.

Cost: Included with Museum admission. Members free.
