For one day every year, Fernbank Museum becomes Fernbank BOO-seum! Follow the screams (of delight) to a day of frightening-ly fun Halloween-themed activities.
BOO-seum Costume Contest and DJ
Show off creative costumes and dance to the kid-friendly tunes of J&M Sound Design. Register for the BOO-Seum costume contest to win prizes such as Museum membership and tickets to family events around Atlanta. Prizes awarded for “Best Overall Kid’s Costume” and “Best Family.”
Look for roaming trick-or-treat stations throughout the Museum. Treats vary from candy to small toys. (May contain small parts.)

Help Charlie Brown and friends welcome the Great Pumpkin in this classic Halloween film.
Try your hand at spooky, science-y Halloween games to win treats.
Do you dare? Stick your hand in these creepy boxes to feel unusual items including “spider legs,” “dragon skin,” “monster guts” and “vampire brains.”
Cost: Included with Museum admission. Members free.
*Activities are offered in the Great Hall from 10am to 2pm unless otherwise noted and are subject to change without notice.
