Fernbank Museum is dedicated to offering unique environmental experiences. As one of Atlanta’s top resources for environmental programming and education, we strive to help guests gain a better understanding of our natural resources and what they can do as good stewards of the Earth.

Join us for two days of special programming, presented in honor of Earth Day. All activities are included with Museum admission and are FREE for members.

Saturday, April 23*

Weekend Wonders       
10am-2pm, Naturalist Center
Enjoy a variety of hands-on fun about being kind to our Earth.

Tadpole Tales    
11:30, Naturalist Center
Preschoolers can enjoy story time with a Fernbank educator along with a special activity or song, featuring An Earthworm’s Life by John Himmelman.

Live Animal Encounter 
2pm, Naturalist Center
Get up close and personal with a member of Fernbank’s live animal collection.
