Artemis

What is Artemis?
The Artemis Guild is a group of civic-minded professionals in their 20s, 30s and 40s who have come together to support Fernbank Museum. The guild, designed for individuals, couples and families, offers unique experiences that increase understanding and appreciation for the origin of our natural world and its rich cultures. As a philanthropic organization, Artemis raises money to expand and enrich children's programming at Fernbank Museum of Natural History.

What We Do
Each June, Artemis plans and hosts the Lost Oasis benefit. This annual fundraiser has become one of the most popular events of the summer in Atlanta. All proceeds from Lost Oasis benefit BONES for Kids (Building on Experiences in Science), a fund established by Artemis to enrich children’s programming at Fernbank Museum. Artemis also hosts an annual Fall Social and a variety of other programs throughout the year.
