Weekend Wonders
Returns Saturday, September 6
New Location: The Naturalist Center (Upper Level)
Saturdays from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Sundays from noon to 4 p.m.
Enjoy a variety of hands-on activities and live animal encounters with Fernbank educators. Topics change regularly, so there’s always something new to discover!

Cost: Included with Museum admission. Free for members.
In My World

Select Wednesdays at 11 a.m.
Sign up your young explorer for this special program developed exclusively for children ages 3 to 5. Each theme includes 4 different classes filled with nature-based art, stories and games. Register your child for one class or for the full series.
Dinosaur Explorer—September 10, 17, 24 and October 1
Nocturnal Animals—October 8, 15, 22 and 29
Migration and Hibernation—November 5, 12, 19 and December 3
Cost: Tickets are $10 per child for each class or $30 for the full program (all 4 classes), in addition to Museum admission. Space is limited and reservations are required at 404.929.6400.
Storytelling
Saturdays: September 13, October 18 and November 8 at noon
Enjoy exciting tales about the natural world with Fernbank’s storyteller-in-residence, Rob Cleveland.
Cost: Included with Museum admission. Free for members.
Ends of the Earth: From Polar Bears to Penguins Education Alley
Don't miss this special programming area located within Ends of the Earth. Hands-on activities, books, puzzles, crafts and other resources are available.
Children’s Birthday Parties
Host your child’s birthday party with the world’s largest dinosaurs! A variety of birthday packages are available, offering opportunities for live animal encounters and a “birthday throne!”

Visit The Martha H. Ellis Children's Discovery Rooms where children explore the basic concepts of the natural world in the imaginative and exciting environments of Fantasy Forest and the Coca-Cola Georgia Adventure.
