Martinis & IMAX® Lobby Ambassador
PRIMARY OBJECTIVE
Provide excellent customer service to Martinis & IMAX® patrons.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Always greet each visitor with a smile and welcome them to
- Answer questions about movie show times, facilities, fees, music, etc.
- Direct visitors to ticketing as appropriate
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPECTATIONS
- Friendly, very upbeat, reliable, polite customer-service oriented personality
- Able to stand on feet for 2-hour shift
- Team player with a general knowledge of Fernbank Museum
- Comfortable working in a busy environment
- Follow Museum policies and procedures
TIME COMMITMENT
Volunteers should work two 2-hour shifts per month on Friday nights from 6:30pm until 8:30pm
