Martinis & IMAX® Lobby Ambassador

PRIMARY OBJECTIVE

Provide excellent customer service to Martinis & IMAX® patrons.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Always greet each visitor with a smile and welcome them to
  • Answer questions about movie show times, facilities, fees, music, etc.
  • Direct visitors to ticketing as appropriate

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPECTATIONS

  • Friendly, very upbeat, reliable, polite customer-service oriented personality
  • Able to stand on feet for 2-hour shift
  • Team player with a general knowledge of Fernbank Museum
  • Comfortable working in a busy environment
  • Follow Museum policies and procedures

TIME COMMITMENT

Volunteers should work two 2-hour shifts per month on Friday nights from 6:30pm until 8:30pm
